In November, we had the chance of doing a photo shooting at a very nice place featuring such beauties as these chandeliers. I took along my brother's camera (an old Sony) and made a few shots myself. I really suck at photography, but after a bit of Photoshop work on them, these look rather nice to me.

HUUUUUUUU, ezek nagyon nagyon jok lettek!!!! Congratulations. Considering you used an old camera, these are fantastic. Why on Earth do you think you aren't good at this?!?!?!
Thanks! I really think I'm not that good at photography, I usually fail to create an interesting or dynamic composition. Most of the time my pictures come across as boring and stationary. But when I have the chance to reconsider my compositional decisions (with a computer), then they come out being better. I guess I'll keep practising.
You know what professional photographers say: about one for every 15-20 photos or so is really good... even for them. Es hogy az utomunkak ugyanannyira fontosak mint maga a fenykepezes. Es utomunkakkal sokfele lehetoseg felmerul, a kompoziciot illetoen is. Szerintem ne aggodja rajta tulsagosan, inkabb elvezd a folyamatot :))
I believe in Beauty, I believe that Beauty can change the world.
From an early age, I've been drawn to art and drawing. So about five years ago, at the age of 33 I decided to pursue my dream of becoming an artist (never too late?) and enrolled with the University of Fine Arts in Budapest to study graphic design. And I have to say I love it.
I am making this blog because any work of art can make an effect only if it is seen. That is, I want to put my works to the test. (I truly hope that later on there will be a few people, other than me, reading my blog.) Other things I plan to include into my blog are works and ideas by other people that inspire me, book reviews, useful links and bits and pieces about things like design, fashion, cuisine, photography, family and friends. Pictures are usually clickable to be viewed at a bigger size.
