Logo and sketches

This was an assignment at the University. I quite like this... :)
The purpose of the Bologna Process it to standardize higher education in Europe, thereby making it possible for students to migrate between European Universities and Colleges.
The main idea here was to convey the freedom that is gained by students thanks to the Bologna Process.

Some More Business Cards

This identity was made for the Hungarian Chapter of Union International de la Marionette; a school assingment as usual.
I took the hard way with this, as instead of simply using a Wacom, I painted the logotype with watercolor then scanned it and then vectorized it in Adobe Illustrator.

A sole

This sole was made as a school assignment. Everyone had received a word starting with the letter "t", and had to make a "t" into an image representing the word. Of course, sole in Hungarian starts with a "t".

Logos made by hand

I made these logos at the admittance exam for the university. As I told before, we had no access to computers, thus we had to do everything by hand. I handed in the sketches as well, so that the teachers can see my thinking that went into the resultant logos. I quite like these logos. My favorite is the middle one in the upper row, where the negative shapes form a letter K. The assignment was to make a logo for a small theatre called KAMRA (meaning Pantry).

Spoon II

After having made the realistic drawing we had to abstract the image and create logos or marks out of it.

horse logos

And these are the logos I made for the horse logo assignment. I quite like them.

I like taking something and refining its lines over and over till it looks the way I like it. Many times I make something that I think looks nice, but when I open it next time I have to realize that it still needs refining, so I would refine it.
